PhD candidate Zhenhuan Yang presented his research at an internal Northwestern Polytechnical University seminar via an online platform. His work, preliminarily entitled “Identifying Climate Adaptation Projects in Local Government Bonds Using AI-Supported Text Analysis,” was conducted in collaboration with Siyuan FAN and Professor Yangsiyu LU.
