Congratulations to MPhil student Siyuan Fan!

Siyuan Fan, the first graduate from our EICP group, has successfully passed her dissertation oral defense. Her work was built on a solid and thought-provoking research project titled “Identifying Climate Adaptation Projects in Local Government Bonds: Using AI-Supported Text Analysis.” Siyuan’s contributions have set a strong example for future students.
