Borui WEI was a research assistant in the Energy Infrastructure and Climate Policy Lab. He got the Master’s degree in Applied Economics at Toulouse School of Economics and the Bachelor’s degree in Economics also from Toulouse School of Economics. His research interests include environmental economics, public economics and statistics. he was engaged in the area about the renewable energy economics, focusing on offshore wind energy.
