Chenglin Li is a PhD student in the Innovation, Policy, and Entrepreneurship (IPE) Thrust at HKUST(GZ). He holds a Master’s degree of Management Science in Public Administration from Sun Yat-sen University and a Bachelor’s degree of Management in Public Administration from Lanzhou University. His research explores the effectiveness and social impacts of energy and climate policies using quantitative methodologies. Currently, he is focusing on China’s low-carbon energy transition through the lens of just transition.
