Siyuan FAN is a second-year MPhil student in Innovation, Policy, and Entrepreneurship Thrust at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). She holds a Master of Science degree in Business Analysis from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management (Financial Engineering) from Hunan University. Her current research focuses on climate change and urban resilience, employing a combination of econometrics and AI methodologies, including the use of large language models and other advanced techniques.
