We warmly congratulate MPhil student Xin Li on the successful completion of her dissertation oral defense and graduation from the MPhil program.
Her thesis, titled “Comparative Analysis of Offshore Wind Power Development in Four Global Bay Areas: Pathway Structures and Policy Implications,” represents a significant contribution to our understanding of offshore wind power development and policy analysis in coastal regions. Through comparative research and insightful analysis, she brought valuable perspectives to our group’s ongoing work in sustainable energy.
